Toolbox Development

We customize programs and non-pharmacological tools for your residents or patients.

This program supports the CMS requirement for use of non-pharmacological intervention before prescribing or increasing psychotropic medications to manage behavioral symptoms of dementia. • Policy and protocol development in a Standard Operations Procedure manual
  • Consent form, if needed
  • Trainings/presentations for staff
  • Marketing strategies to promote such programs
  • On-going support
  • Toolboxes, can include:
    • Essential oil account with doTERRA (CPTG-approved company)
    • Diffusers or aroma products, based on needs

Doll Therapy is a powerful non-pharmacological intervention that promotes independence, unconditional love, and purpose, but also provides much needed tactile, visual and even auditory stimulation for optimal brain health in those with dementia.
