Companion Pet & Doll Therapy

Companion Pets and Dolls are great alternative interventions for influencing feelings of joy, warmth, compassion, safety and security. Taking care of them brings back a sense of purpose, and they provide a grounding effect, instilling feelings of calmness and safety.

Research shows the benefit of using companion pets and dolls to reduce behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia (BPSD) in individuals.
